At its core, Gather is a collective of independent practitioners. We operate as a referral-based network. Which means we maintain a high standard of trust and performance with all Gatherers.
We can activate a wide range of expertise for your project through our novel Team as a Service (TaaS) model. Our practitioners come together as one team, adjusting to client needs in real time.
The Gather Collective is almost entirely comprised of independent practitioners. There are hundreds of us; mostly in New York but also around the world.
As a referral-based network, existing Gatherers must invite new members to the Collective. This ensures a baseline of trust that’s crucial for good business relations.
The Team as a Service (TaaS) model allows us to band together for large projects and simplify billing on the client side. We’re even building our own software to support other innovative companies ready for the new work style.
Gather enables career sustainability and longevity for Collective members. This includes community, collaboration, mentorship, inspiration, access to high quality clients and operational support.
Gather has a business development incentive structure that kicks in if a member brings in or manages a project.
